Recently, a security firm called Imperva released a document about passwords complexity, and how stupid people are these days :) .

Seriously people, how do you expect your account to be secure if its 123456? Even dummy internet users with no hacking skills will certainly use this password the first time they try to hack into your account, duh. and the funny part is that 123456 is used by more than 290,000 users worldwide! and don’t tell me, this is not related to your experience in computers or the internet, this is related to your knowledge about security.

List of the most common passwords

Passwords should be complex, i mean K0MpL3X, that’s why its called a password (if you have the word, you will be able to pass).

There are a lot of password generators on the internet that can generate a secure complex password for your needs, and simply use a password manager to manage all your password stuff (Read my post here for more info http://www.ksalameh.net/blog/?p=35 )
